Comment now begins.

All of what is stated here is true, up to a point. But it fails to deal with the murder and persecution of many people purporting to be Palestinian Christians and is not from a member of the one, only and true Church, which would certainly deal with this. He fails to define what the True Church is, ecclesiologically, let alone attempt to identify it. It is in fact the True Orthodox Church as epitomised by the True Orthodox Church of Russia under the Omophorion of Archbishop Tikhon of Omsk and all-Siberia. See: www.trueorthodox.eu

Please follow patiently what is being said here.

Israel means with or of God. Those who reject Christ as Messiah are clearly not, at least yet, of God. The conversion of the Jews who have rejected Christ has been prophesied. This means mass conversion. It is when the withered fig tree will, once again bear fruit. See: Matthew 21:18-19

18 Early in the morning, as Jesus was on his way back to the city, he was hungry. 19 Seeing a fig tree by the road, he went up to it but found nothing on it except leaves. Then he said to it, “May you never bear fruit again!” Immediately the tree withered.

Towards the end of time, however, the fig tree will, once again, bear fruit: According to the Gospel of Luke:

And he told them a parable: "Look at the fig tree, and all the trees; as soon as they come out in leaf, you see for yourselves and know that the summer is already near. So also, when you see these things taking place, you know that the kingdom of God is near. Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away till all has taken place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away."

— Luke 21:29–33

Christ established his Church on the Rock of faith: Peter Declares That Jesus Is the Messiah

13 When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?”

14 They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.”

15 “But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?”

16 Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”

17 Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in heaven. 18 And I tell you that you are Peter,[b] and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades[c] will not overcome it. 19 I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be[d] bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be[e] loosed in heaven.” 20 Then he ordered his disciples not to tell anyone that he was the Messiah.

The Church is conciliar in nature, taking decisions collectively. See: The Council at Jerusalem

15 Certain people came down from Judea to Antioch and were teaching the believers: “Unless you are circumcised, according to the custom taught by Moses, you cannot be saved.” 2 This brought Paul and Barnabas into sharp dispute and debate with them. So Paul and Barnabas were appointed, along with some other believers, to go up to Jerusalem to see the apostles and elders about this question. 3 The church sent them on their way, and as they traveled through Phoenicia and Samaria, they told how the Gentiles had been converted. This news made all the believers very glad. 4 When they came to Jerusalem, they were welcomed by the church and the apostles and elders, to whom they reported everything God had done through them.

5 Then some of the believers who belonged to the party of the Pharisees stood up and said, “The Gentiles must be circumcised and required to keep the law of Moses.”

6 The apostles and elders met to consider this question. 7 After much discussion, Peter got up and addressed them: “Brothers, you know that some time ago God made a choice among you that the Gentiles might hear from my lips the message of the gospel and believe. 8 God, who knows the heart, showed that he accepted them by giving the Holy Spirit to them, just as he did to us. 9 He did not discriminate between us and them, for he purified their hearts by faith. 10 Now then, why do you try to test God by putting on the necks of Gentiles a yoke that neither we nor our ancestors have been able to bear? 11 No! We believe it is through the grace of our Lord Jesus that we are saved, just as they are.”

12 The whole assembly became silent as they listened to Barnabas and Paul telling about the signs and wonders God had done among the Gentiles through them. 13 When they finished, James spoke up. “Brothers,” he said, “listen to me. 14 Simon[a] has described to us how God first intervened to choose a people for his name from the Gentiles. 15 The words of the prophets are in agreement with this, as it is written:

16 “‘After this I will return

    and rebuild David’s fallen tent.

Its ruins I will rebuild,

    and I will restore it,

17 that the rest of mankind may seek the Lord,

even all the Gentiles who bear my name,

says the Lord, who does these things’[b]—

18     things known from long ago.[c]

19 “It is my judgment, therefore, that we should not make it difficult for the Gentiles who are turning to God. 20 Instead we should write to them, telling them to abstain from food polluted by idols, from sexual immorality, from the meat of strangled animals and from blood. 21 For the law of Moses has been preached in every city from the earliest times and is read in the synagogues on every Sabbath.”

The Council’s Letter to Gentile Believers

22 Then the apostles and elders, with the whole church, decided to choose some of their own men and send them to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas. They chose Judas (called Barsabbas) and Silas, men who were leaders among the believers. 23 With them they sent the following letter:

The apostles and elders, your brothers,

To the Gentile believers in Antioch, Syria and Cilicia:

Greetings.

24 We have heard that some went out from us without our authorization and disturbed you, troubling your minds by what they said. 25 So we all agreed to choose some men and send them to you with our dear friends Barnabas and Paul— 26 men who have risked their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. 27 Therefore we are sending Judas and Silas to confirm by word of mouth what we are writing. 28 It seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us not to burden you with anything beyond the following requirements: 29 You are to abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals and from sexual immorality. You will do well to avoid these things.

Farewell.

30 So the men were sent off and went down to Antioch, where they gathered the church together and delivered the letter. 31 The people read it and were glad for its encouraging message. 32 Judas and Silas, who themselves were prophets, said much to encourage and strengthen the believers. 33 After spending some time there, they were sent off by the believers with the blessing of peace to return to those who had sent them. [34] [d] 35 But Paul and Barnabas remained in Antioch, where they and many others taught and preached the word of the Lord.

Jesus Christ is the same today, yesterday and forever and warns us about being carried away by false teachings. See Hebrews, Chapter 13: …7Remember your leaders who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith. 8Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. 9Do not be carried away by all kinds of strange teachings, for it is good for the heart to be strengthened by grace and not by foods of no value to those devoted to them.…

We are told to avoid foolish controversies, etc., i.e. trivial arguments, but, after a couple of admonitions, if they will not listen, to reject Heretics, in Titus Chapter 3:

So: give a couple of admonitions, then reject Heretics: Context

9But avoid foolish controversies, genealogies, arguments, and quarrels about the law, because these things are pointless and worthless. 10Reject a divisive man after a first and second admonition, 11knowing that such a man is corrupt and sinful; he is self-condemned.…

The True Church has miracles which prove its dogma for doubting Thomases, leaving actual physical proofs, such as the chariots found in the Red Sea, from the Old Testament. See: https://www.bereaninsights.org/nugget/evidence-for-a-chariot-crossing/.

In terms of Christ´s resurrection we have the plasma emissions on the Turin Shroud, and as produced in the miracle of the Holy Fire. See the Prophecywatchers episode on this: https://prophecywatchers.com/videos/russ-breault-the-mystery-of-holy-fire/. The Shroud proves that Holy Images exist, as confirmed by the 7th Ecumenical Council, and are to be venerated, thus rejecting the iconoclasm of most Protestants and also the heresy of the Ishmaelites, which includes modern Islam and also the Judaism which has so far rejected Christ.

The miracle of the Holy Fire occurs on Holy Saturday of the traditional Orthodox Christian Pascha (aka Easter) Calendar, thus proving this to be correct, though no protestants or Romanists follow it completely accurately.

Who the True Church was in 1579 is proven by the miracle of the Splitting of the Holy Pillar, which took place when the heretical monophysite Armenians bribed the occupying Turkish authorities to be able to carry out the ceremony of the Holy Fire. See: https://novoscriptorium.com/2020/04/21/the-column-that-was-split-by-the-holy-fire-1579-saint-tounom-the-emir/

Thus the Holy Fire would only descend for the Orthodox Faithful.

Next, there is the question of the rest of the Calendar. Were some of the official Orthodox Churches correct to have changed the rest of their calendar to the Gregorian calendar, starting in the 1920s and persisting until now? No, they were wrong, because the miracle of the reversal of the flow of the River Jordan continues to happen, on Orthodox Theophany, aka Epiphany: https://www.johnsanidopoulos.com/2017/01/the-jordan-reverses-its-flow-video-from.html.

Furthermore we have one off miracles which show that those who rejected the calendar change in the 1920s were right, and those who had hijacked local Orthodox Church hierarchies, were wrong, namely with the Third appearance of the Holy Cross above Athens in 1925 to protect the faithful on the correct day of the celebrations of the feast of the Holy Cross: http://orthodoxinfo.com/ecumenism/cross_sign.aspx

Then there are the miracles which prove the 1983 Anathema Against Ecumenism by the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia (ROCOR) Synod to have been correct, namely the preservation, incorrupt, of the bodies of holy bishops and saints who promulgated the Anathema and remained faithful to it. See: https://blessedphilaret.blogspot.com/2015/05/hocna-report-on-finding-of-st-philarets.html

But, the threat of heresy and the struggle with it is constant, being in every generation. See:

And after five days the high priest Ananias came down with some elders and a spokesman, one Tertullus. They laid before the governor their case against Paul. And when he had been summoned, Tertullus began to accuse him, saying: “Since through you we enjoy much peace, and since by your foresight, most excellent Felix, reforms are being made for this nation, in every way and everywhere we accept this with all gratitude. But, to detain you no further, I beg you in your kindness to hear us briefly. Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride of life—is not from the Father but is from the world. And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever. Children, it is the last hour, and as you have heard that antichrist is coming, so now many antichrists have come. Therefore we know that it is the last hour. They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us. But they went out, that it might become plain that they all are not of us. ...

Neither can they prove to you what they now bring up against me. But this I confess to you, that according to the Way, which they call a sect, I worship the God of our fathers, believing everything laid down by the Law and written in the Prophets, having a hope in God, which these men themselves accept, that there will be a resurrection of both the just and the unjust. So I always take pains to have a clear conscience toward both God and man.

The crucible is for silver, and the furnace is for gold, and the Lord tests hearts. An evildoer listens to wicked lips, and a liar gives ear to a mischievous tongue. This is now the second letter that I am writing to you, beloved. In both of them I am stirring up your sincere mind by way of reminder, that you should remember the predictions of the holy prophets and the commandment of the Lord and Savior through your apostles, knowing this first of all, that scoffers will come in the last days with scoffing, following their own sinful desires. They will say, “Where is the promise of his coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all things are continuing as they were from the beginning of creation.” For they deliberately overlook this fact, that the heavens existed long ago, and the earth was formed out of water and through water by the word of God, ...

Let no one deceive you in any way. For that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God. One such example is name-worshipping, which the synod which issued the report on the uncorrupt relics of St. Philaret of New York, soon fell into and remains in. See: http://www.hotca.org/orthodoxy/theological-texts/342-the-name-worshipping-heresy

However, the Genuine Orthodox Church of Greece, under Kallinikos, itself fell into heresy by registering as a heterodox confession with the Greek authorities. See: https://trueorthodox.eu/adding-sergianism-to-cyprianism/

So, the True Church has to survive constant apophatic tests - as to where it is not and where the faithful remnant is. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Remnant_(Bible).  See also: New Testament verses that refer to a faithful "remnant" (Biblical Greek: λεῖμμα, romanized: leîmma) include Romans 11:5 and Revelation 12:17 ("And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ").

In the Holy Land, Israel and Palestine, the current bishop responsible in practice, with the agreement of the Holy Synod, Philaretos of Pallini and Western Europe, refers to just 6 faithful in the one, only and true church. The true church is currently to be found at www.trueorthodox.eu.
