The eminent coming repentance and return of the West and the World Orthodox to True Orthodoxy 

Nowadays only the True Orthodox Christians remain faithful. The World or official Orthodox all co-worship with the Romanists (Latin Rite dominated but with 23 other rites or unia aimed at every Orthodox nationality, ethnicity and historical church as well as all manner of Eastern heretic (Marionite, Melkites (who celebrate St. Gregory Palamas who condemned Romanist doctrines held by the misnomered "Roman Catholics" of the Latin or Roman rite to this day), Monophysite, Monothelites, Nestorian, Jacobite, etc), and for the West they offer "Ordinariates" for defecting Anglicans, Lutherans, etc, allowing them to retain their rites, different beliefs and clerical wives. Just so long as they agree to Romanist Papal supremacy. Likewise the various different religious orders they have, with very loose theological supervision from the central Roman  Magisterium of their faith.

The result, however, in terms of ecumenical dialogue, as early as the 1980s, has been signed declarations and agreements could only be on the basis of the side without contradictory positions within their ranks on particular theological questions, and with a stable position, practically always the World Orthodox. For example the agreement that the Holy Spirit does not descend from the Son, at least directly, in accordance with (both World and True Orthodox positions and theology) as attested by the World Orthodox such as the late Fr. Thomas Hopko, Professor Constantinou, Bishop and Professor Kallistos Ware (one of the World Orthodox representatives) and others, and practiced in joint worship, at least on some occasions.

Internally, within World Orthodoxy the Old Calendar remains numerically dominant, with strong and open arguments in favour of a universal return to the Old Calendar (thus avoiding the prophecy that Greece will be destroyed if it doesn't return to the Old Calendar).

Of course the Romanists are going through a slow bankruptcy, fighting a delaying rearguard action against unlimited liability in some American and other jurisdictions for their abuse scandals, including murders, exacerbated by their coverups. Total bankruptcy would destroy the Roman papacy resulting in its cessation.

Pedro Romano, Irish St. Malachi's prophecised last Pope of Rome, remains in the wings hovering around an ailing aging Pope Francis, who hasn't ruled out abdication.

This all points to an eventual convergence with the unchanging True Orthodox Christian position and exposition of the Truth, the eminent cessation of the Roman papacy and the repentance of the Latins before the unerring faith of the (True) Orthodox, thus fulfilling the 24th and final part of the (True) (Orthodox) (Christian) Anonymous Prophecy of Mount Athos of 1053 (we're currently going through part 13, England for the Saxons only (12 was Rebellion in India and their expulsion, with Germany divided and the events of the Second World War such as alliances between Orthodox nations and Germany (Bulgaria and Romania) preceding this. This is regarded by many as the greatest of the Eastern Roman or Byzantine Orthodox prophecies for good reason!
