The person talking about the realities of Intersex conditions was the person who made the most essential reality check in this. By definition these people will not have all typically male or typically female organs and/or other features.

They were correct when they defined, therefore, more inclusive language,  saying "People with penises", "people with testicles", "people with vulvas", etc.
