Corrigenda from an individual True Orthodox Christian layman, whom you can follow on Twitter @adrianwhyatt, wholly following the Patristic consensus (aka Symphonia) of the Church Fathers:
In the bible, in various passages, we are told that there are some people we should NOT pray for.
Therefore, as was confirmed by Reader Vladimir Moss, who has written very extensively on many themes, in terms of our (private) prayers for those outside the church, or whose membership of the church is in any way questionable by prefacing our requests with: "If it be not a sin to ask for it, Lord, pray for [named people, e.g. Rebecca, Jeremy, Jessica, etc]" to which one might add, "and all others for whom it is not a sin to pray".
